TPP is currently working with a cancer charity who are seeking to hire a Brand Marketing & Planning Officer to join them on a fixed term contract for a 12 month duration.

Your role will be to manage our clients' allocated campaigns and communications within their brand marketing programme and grow awareness of their work amongst their key audiences. You will support the development of the organisation's audience segmentation and marketing plan, which will ensure their marketing is audience-led and aligned.

Your duties and responsibilities will include :

  • Brand marketing - work with the Head and Senior Officer(s) to deliver integrated campaigns for the charity's brand which support and enhance the brand strategy.

  • Project management - manage assigned campaigns and communications, including the delivery of the organisation's monthly supporter email.

  • Campaign development - support the creative development of campaigns working with in[1]house teams and external agencies.

  • Brand tracking - manage the tracking of the Brand KPIs, working with research agencies to analyse results and report back to internal stakeholders.

  • Marketing planning - work with the Head to deliver the organisation's marketing plan, working with audience and product leads, to ensure marketing investment is maximised.

  • Market segmentation - work with the Head to develop audience segmentation which provides relevant customer insight to understand the needs, motivations and behaviours of their audiences.

Your knowledge, skillsets and experience will include :

  • 1-2 years in a marketing role with experience managing marketing campaigns.

  • Good understanding of range of marketing tools and techniques gained through experience in a marketing department.

  • Project management to deliver multi-channel campaigns.
