TPP is currently working with a mental health charity who provide valuable support services to young people in the UK. They are seeking to hire a Brand & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading, developing and delivering their marketing plans. Reporting into the Head of Communications, you will do this while managing a team of three people who are responsible for marketing their services.

You will lead on high-profile partnerships with big-name brands and improve their brand awareness in the UK by drawing on your communication skills, understanding of audiences and confidence in presenting.

Your duties and responsibilities will include :

  • Ensuring consistent use of our client's style guide, brand guidelines and tone of voice, internally and externally.
  • Updating their brand guidelines and style guide in line with organisational and strategic developments.
  • Lead the successful delivery and growth of their annual flagship fundraising campaign, growing engagement and income in line with ambitious targets.
  • Working closely with the fundraising team to support the development and delivery of their supporter journeys.
  • Leading the development and delivery of successful marketing strategies for their training and consultancy services.

Your experience, knowledge and skillsets will include :

  • Experience of managing and developing brands including visual identity, tone of voice, understanding vision, mission, purpose and brand essence.
  • Experience of developing and enacting successful product marketing strategies and campaigns using understanding of different marketing channels.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills which support the ability to work on a number of projects or activities simultaneously.
  • Current or previous people management experience.
