Our client is one of the largest charities in the UK and their small Brentford office is now recruiting a new Boating Licence Coordinator.
This is predominantly an administration role with a strong customer care focus.
On any given day you will be supporting your field-based officers and responding to complaints and queries over the phone and via email.
The office environment is relaxed, non-corporate and very friendly, so we are looking for candidates with similar qualities.
Essential criteria includes:
- Extensive administration experience.
- Well organised with an ability to manage casework.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to use own initiative and the maturity to work with minimum supervision.
