TPP are working with an innovative and entrepreneurial not for profit that are recruiting for a talented individual to join them in an exciting new role as their Bid Manager. This would be a permanent role based in Central London working within a new growing team.
Main duties for the Bid Manager:
Develop and implement a clear bid management process.
Ensure timely creation of written bids and proposals.
Manage and oversee the quality of all client/funder facing work.
Create and manage reports regarding bid pipeline.
Work closely with the marketing teams to ensure branding is adopted.
Essential criteria for the Bid Manager:
Extensive experience writing bids and proposals for commercial clients.
Successful stakeholder engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Appreciation of written documents in a sales/commercial environment.
Experience of developing and implementing processes, reports and briefs for senior level.
Capacity to manage several complex and detailed bids.
