TPP is working with a well-known homeless charity to recruit a Bid Development Manager, the successful candidate must have knowledge within the homelessness or housing sector.

Main duties for the Bid Development Manager:
Research, identify and secure relevant constancy opportunities in the housing, homelessness, care and support sectors
Generate income from bids and funding applications
Project manage consultants
Manage international and external relationships
Evaluate consultants work and projects, obtaining insightful customer feedback
Prepare and present regular progress reports

Essential criteria for the Bid Development Manager:
Knowledge of homelessness or supported housing sector
Strong project management skills
Budget management experience
Knowledge of identifying client needs and producing development plans
Bid writing experience
Strong report writing skills
Good communication and MS office skills
