A national charity are seeking an experienced Bid and Research Manager to join their team for a period of 9 months.
The successful candidate will support the fundraising team to grow income through high quality research and bid writing to public and private sector funders
Supporting income growth
Increasing bid conversion rates through high quality research and proposals
To prepare and develop applications for public and private sector funding
Produce briefings on prospects
Identify new and existing national, regional and local funding sources
Develop high quality tools and resources for team
Essential criteria for the Bid and Research Manager:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of developing detailed proposals and budgets
Project management skills and experience
Strong research skills and experience
Ability to develop high quality research proposals to steer bid direction
Experience within research, fundraising, NFP, charity sales and marketing
Excellent influencing skills
Ability to report financial data
