This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most progressive and dynamic not for profits, our client is the leader in Urban Innovation to improve infrastructure within built environments.

They are looking for an experienced Business Development Team Co-ordinator to support and administrate the team to help drive revenues for the organisation.

You will be managing the teams diaries, including scheduling meetings and conference calls and arranging international and national travel and accommodation.

Providing admin support including processing expenses, maintaining the contact databases, preparing reports for internal & external meetings.

You will assist the commercial BD team with the organisation of activities such as workshops, round-table events etc.

Responsible for gathering customer and market insight as well as monitoring the contracts and reporting to the team on a regular basis.

Essential experience required to be considered:

  • Extensive administrative/co-ordination support to a team of 6-8 people ideally in a sales or commercial environment
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar sales CRM system
  • High level of organisational skills, prioritising and working to deadlines.
