A unique opportunity had arisen for an Athena Swan consultant to join a leading University on part time basis (3 days per week) on a temporary basis for 6 months.
The role will be responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating the three final Self-Assessment Team meetings. You will take the lead on producing a successful Athena submission by the deadline of the 30th November. This will include acting as the first point of contact on matters relating to Athena SWAN and coordinating, facilitating and monitoring the progress on the Athena SWAN submission across the University. You will facilitate the Self-Assessment Team to develop and progress the submission.
Essential skills and experience:
* Proven experience of delivering a successful Athena SWAN submission in the last three years.
* Ideally worked on the institution level Bronze award
