An internationally acclaimed professional and awarding body are recruiting for an Assurance Officer to manage a portfolio of approved training providers, ensuring they comply with quality criteria for learning providers and certified courses, that queries and quality issues are resolved promptly, and provide excellent customer service to customers and Technical Assessors.
As someone who has the ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and has strong customer service experience, you will manage applications from organisations who wish become approved partners, as well as work with providers to support them through addressing findings and providing them with corrective actions.
You will also liaise with Technical Assessors to ensure timelines and quality standards for review reports are met and be confident and willing to meet with them in person when required.
Coming from a quality assurance role with an awarding, professional or regulatory body, in the Assurance Officer role you will take ownership for your own development and keep up to date with trends in Quality/Auditing and the learning and development sector in order to produce performance reports, agree action plans and assurance interventions, as well as address quality issues arising from delegate feedback.
