Associate Head of Philanthropy
We are very proud to be working with a national charity who works tirelessly to help rebuild the lives of vulnerable children and are leading the fight to end child abuse in the UK. This extraordinary Children's Charity are looking for a talented major donor specialist who can lead an incredible team of seven.
As Associate Head of Philanthropy you will play a key role in the leadership of the team outside of London, developing strategy and building the charity's increasing income. Using your vast amount of experience, you will lead by example by developing significant relationships with major supporters. You will encourage and empower your team to success, whilst ensuring that they constantly deliver excellent stewardship and learn from both their successes and failures. You will be a savvy networker, able to ensure that all prospects are approached in the correct manor, each having their own individual proposal.
This team has gone from strength to strength and they now need you the Associate Head of Philanthropy to ensure their continued success. You will have experience of putting strategies in place that will increase the value of each donor, as well as experience of line managing and developing a team of successful fundraisers.
This role is a huge opportunity for someone who is looking to put their skills to the test and wants to embark on an exciting journey with a national charity.
This is a homebased role which can be based in either Wales, South West or Jersey.
This role offers a salary banding of £41,500- £55,682 plus a £500 home working allowance.
