We are working with a health-related membership organisation to recruit an experienced membership professional.

Main duties for the Assistant Membership Manager:
Line management and development of a team of 6
Day to day management of membership activities
Overseeing administration of online registrations
Management of renewals and retention
Overseeing the quality of data held on the CRM
Produce reports and analysis
Overseeing quality of service provided to members
Produce communication material for letters and emails to members
Monitoring and control of all member communications, templates and collateral
Provide training and support to the team

Essential criteria for the Assistant Membership Manager:
Previous experience of working within a membership or customer focused organisation
Previous experience of managing staff
Understanding of how to manage budgets
Proven experience and understanding of membership cycles
