An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established London homelessness charity as Assistant Head of Individual Giving. The charity originated in 1969 from a small group of volunteers who decided to do something to help homeless people. From its first hostel, in a former Marmite factory in Vauxhall, the charity has significantly grown and provides innovative services to help keep the homeless healthy, housed and hopeful.

The Role

You will join an ambitious team which has an income target of £2.5m in 2017/18 with a drive to grow greater income in the next three years. As Assistant Head of Individual Giving (Relationships) you will play a key part in this, by being responsible for leading a team to increase their unrestricted income from individual givers, high value donors, community and event supporters, legacies and in-memory donors. From this, you will maximise supporter journeys, engagement and fundamentally lifetime value.

Person Specification
