A regulatory body based in London is seeking an Assistant Director of Registration & Revalidation to lead their department for a period of 12 months the successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of end to end business processes reengineering.
Main duties for the Assistant Director of Registration & Revalidation:
Management overall responsibility for the registration process
Management and development of a large team
Lead in managing and delivering policies and procedures
Ensure customer focused approach is applied to all registrations
Ensure fair and robust approach is applied to all registrations
Devise appropriate performance targets and standards
Essential criteria for the Assistant Director of Registration & Revalidation:
Previous experience of managing and improving performance through KPI
Previous experience of conducting formal reviews
Evidence of successful development and implementation of strategic plans
Excellent financial acumen
Ability to build and maintain high level relationships
Experience of managing, motivating and developing large teams
