A world renowned awarding and examining body in a specialist but exciting industry are recruiting for an Assessments Team Leader to lead a team of 6 in ensuring their level1 and 2 Qualifications are delivered accurately and efficiently across a network of over 800centres in more than 70 countries.
As someone who has come from an awarding or examining body with management experience, you will lead the team in the accurate and timely registering of candidates, processing of examination orders and the issuing of candidate results with maximum efficiency in terms of customer service, quality and quantity of output. You will also manage team members working on Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications, actively promoting a spirit of teamwork to meet the organisation's expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment.
You will also have experience of taking a team through, or being part of, an organisational digital transformation in order to help implement change across the department as part of an ongoing modernisation project going through the organisation.
Using your experience of working within a regulated environment, you will ensure continuous improvement/zero-error operations by identifying and implementing process improvements in examination-handling
and candidate record management, in consultation with other stakeholders, both externally and internally.
This role will be fully office based but if you are someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and motivating others to succeed then this could be the role for you!
You will be well organised with meticulous attention to detail, and have first-rate communication skills and a positive, cando attitude. You will anticipate issues, prioritise and work to tight deadlines, maintaining quality assurance and customer service standards.
