A leading higher education organisation in Birmingham are looking to recruit an Assessments and Awards Team Leader paying £28,031- £30,468 with an excellent benefits package.

You will manage an assessments and awards team providing excellent service to students, colleagues and external examiners in the delivery of administrative support for the assessment and awards cycle ensuring compliance with University regulations, policy and procedures. You will take a lead role in the co-ordination, arrangement and management of award ceremonies.
To be successful in the role you will need experience in a customer service focused environment, knowledge and understanding of an end to end cycle (ideally examinations or assessments), and strong organisation skills. You will also have experience of managing and motivating administrative staff and excellent IT skills including MS Office.
