Assessment Systems Process Delivery Manager

A financial professional body based in the heart of the City of London are recruiting for an Assessment Systems Process Delivery Manager to have responsibility over the technical delivery of eAssessment and online invigilation platforms to support a suite of professional qualifications.

This will include:
1. Platform Service Improvements and maintenance
2. Management of assessment systems and question paper and item production process
3. Processes, Reporting and Customer Feedback.

As someone who has knowledge of online assessment delivery, is highly IT literate, with a strong aptitude for systems and has excellent communication skills to work with internal colleagues as well as contractors and members, you will work in a fast paced, high pressured environment where you will have the opportunity to take autonomy over the assessment process.

Working in a small office in central London, in a calm and collaborative atmosphere, this is the ideal role for someone who enjoys to be challenged and is always looking for new ways to improve processes and the customer experience. You will thrive in a fast paced environment but still ensure strong levels of accuracy and always be commercially and budget conscious.
