A global professional membership body are recruiting for a new role within their awarding body arm to manage the administration and maintenance of learning and assessment products, ensuring that all published materials are accurate and correct, and meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.

As the Product Quality Manager, you will have knowledge of Ofqual, SQA, CCEA or Qualifications Wales regulatory requirements and operating systems underpinning vocationally related qualifications, as well as have knowledge of qualification design/product development for qualifications.

You will also ideally have an understanding of apprenticeships and online assessments in order to ensure product delivery to the end user; that controls are effective; and that users have a positive experience of signing up Learners and recording and understanding Learner achievements.

You will have strong people management skills, ideally having managed people before, in order to manage, support and develop the product administration team, ensuring continuous improvements to working methods, systems and processes, including the adoption of technology; regular reviews of the Product development policies and procedures and updating where necessary.

You will also have overall responsibility of ensuring compliance with Regulator's regulatory requirements including conformity with Regulator's operating systems, practices and requirements; as well as engage with other teams/Departments to support validity of the product offer and supply relevant data, reports and qualitative delivery information.
