A leading medical membership organisation in central London who train, support and develop healthcare professionals in the UK, are recruiting for an Assessment Project Officer on a full time, Permanent basis.

The organisation is currently trialling a hybrid working model where you may be expected to be present in the office 1-2 days per week.

As the Assessment Project Officer, you will provide project management of the organisation's online learning needs assessment tool. The tool is used by healthcare trainees for examination revision and experienced healthcare professionals to assess their learning needs and gaps in experience.

You'll work with clinical subject matter experts, the Technical Product Manager and the Moodle Web Developer to manage the content delivery as well as lead on the operational side of future strategy for the assessment tool.

Some of your responsibilities will include uploading questions and editing online content, managing quality assurance processes, tracking question reviews and user comments, being the first point of call for user queries, and producing reports and data documentation.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have experience in the development or delivery of qualifications or assessments with a good aptitude for picking up new technology and databases including online learning platforms. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in a healthcare or medical membership body but this isn't essential.
