A leading financial awarding body are looking to recruit a new role for their growing product team to lead the assessment production section in the development and delivery of fit for purpose new and existing assessments.
As someone who has experience in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of online assessments and/or qualifications, as well as knowledge of a range of assessment methods and techniques you will play an intricate part in contributing to and implementing the assessment design principles as well as monitor the performance of assessments in order to contribute effectively to the assessment performance review process.
This role would be ideal for someone who has had past experience in successfully line managing at least 2 members of staff within the last 3years, as well as being able to manage and coordinate numerous assessment development projects effectively using appropriate techniques.
You will be aware of regulatory requirements relating to the design, development, delivery and maintenance, including fitness for purpose, of qualifications and assessments. You will also have an understanding of the latest developments in technologies and techniques relating to assessment development and delivery.
As someone who is a self starter and able to use their initiative you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and open team as well as be able to persuade and influence others in an appropriate manner to gain agreement, support and buy-in.
