A values focused awarding body based in the Home Counties are looking to strengthen and grow their successful Awarding team following a period of internal change and are looking for solutions focused change agents who take pride in implementing process change and improvement in order to drive forward a more modern approach to assessment, following organisation's innovative approach to legal education.
The Assessment Production Manager will lead a team in the development of new and existing, on-line and on demand assessments, across a range of products, that meet current and future education standards, best-practice and relevant regulations.
You will also be responsible for managing the production of assessment materials to deadline in line with quality assurance policies and procedures, as well as recruiting, training and performance managing a team of QA and assessment specialists.
You will have knowledge of developing scenario based and E-assessments, as well as proven experience in the development and implementation of effective quality assurance processes and regulatory arrangements, plus have experience of managing a team of either employees or consultants.
This role is ideal for someone that thrives in a fast paced, outcome and performance orientated environment where there is a need to exercise judgement, but also can demonstrate creativity and innovation in the development of assessments, and work proactively with internal colleagues, leading through encouragement, inspiration and support to deliver results
