Our client is looking to hire an Assessment Production Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is currently based in their Canterbury Office however, London and home-based working will also be considered.

The Assessment Production Coordinator will be responsible for supporting subject matter experts in order to develop and deliver robust and effective assessment items (narrative, MCQ, other) in line with agreed qualification specifications and assessment design principles. They will ensure that assessment items and learning materials are aligned to ensure students are equipped to achieve their ambition. They will also be responsible for reviewing and editing items produced by subject matter experts to ensure they meet the requirements of the qualification specification and marking scheme.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the requirements of delivering effective assessments and will have experience of using feedback from a range of sources to improve assessment development and delivery. They will have excellent and confident communication, influencing and interpersonal skills as well as being organised, with the ability to work flexibly.
You will be able to interpret a range of data sets, review recommendations and make clear decisions about next steps based on that analysis
