A global financial awarding and membership body are recruiting for motivated and energetic Assessment Operations Manager to lead a small team in the creation of assessments through to the delivery of results.
This role would be perfect for someone looking to take their first step into management, or an existing manager who wants to have ownership over a small but dedicated team and bring their own ideas and solutions to the process as the organisation goes through a time of upgrading, developing and growing their assessment lifecycles.
Coming from a similar awarding or examining body, you will have knowledge of assessment development and delivery ideally in line with Ofqual quality assurance processes and conditions of recognition, and have excellent project management skills in order to run the high stakes operational activities associated with the role.
Managing a team of up to two people you will use your expert communication skills to delegate work efficiently and effectively whilst also liaising with internal colleagues and external suppliers, assessment teams and stakeholders to ensure all deadlines and standards around assessment development and delivery are met.
Ideally you will have an interest in technology to work along side a Technical Manager to build all the question papers on the online assessment system, as well as maintain the question banks and any other relevant resources.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can work in a fast paced environment and ideally has experience or a strong understanding in both the development and delivery aspects of assessments at an AO level.
