A globally renowned awarding and professional membership body are recruiting for a Technical Operations Coordinator to support in ensuring that the development and administration of awarding body functions are fit for purpose.
As someone who has experience in working with awarding bodies, especially with technology and databases in this field, you will make sure new technology is fit for purpose; co-ordinate the Awarding body operational processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient fulfilment of qualification assessment and award while maintaining: quality assurance and regulatory compliance, security and protection, efficiency and timeliness and improved customer service.
You will also be involved in ensuring the smooth running of all awarding body operational processes in relation to the technical development of online marking and assessments; the administration of online apprenticeship programmes using online technology and in the development of reporting procedures through dashboards and trend analysis.
