We are working we the largest provider of legal education to recruit for an Assessment Officer. Reporting to the Senior Assessments Officer you will provide an excellent standard of customer service and assist with the smooth operations of the department.
This is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract, based in Birmingham with salary of £24,000
As the Assessment officer you will ensure that students and staff across all courses are provided with high quality administration. You will deal with enquires from both students and staff ensuring accurate and professional responses are always in line with the organisations policies and procedures and administer the policies to advise staff and students accordingly.
You will be required to promote and sustain a constructive, supportive, and friendly working relationship with all customers, external and internal immediate and senior management, and other work colleagues.
You will have experience in managing and implementing complex administrative processes used in a busy office. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, along with excellent customer service training. The candidate will also be required to be a great team player and self-motivated
