A leading University are looking to recruit an Assessments Officer on a permanent basis paying £26,600 with an excellent benefits package to include 30 days holiday and private medical scheme.


The Assessments Officer will work with the London-based assessments team to ensure that the University provides a high-quality exam management service for their students.

The role:
You will assist in coordinating the successful delivery of London-wide examinations and assessments; coordinate examination venue bookings and candidate venue allocations and act as the main point of contact for enquires from students and other stakeholders. You will order and audit examination materials and assist in the accurate delivery of these to all internal and external examination venues and represent the University at these venues. You will assist in coordinating the recruitment, training, booking, briefings and payment of all examination invigilators. You will ensure accurate and timely maintenance of the student records system (Unit E) and run reports from the student records system, manipulating and reporting on the data in excel. You will also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of assessment regulations.

A bit about you:
You will be a customer serviced focused individual with meticulous attention to detail. A strong problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will have sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including excel. Experience working in an education environment or similar role would be advantageous.
