An awarding body based in the heart of the Midlands is recruiting for two Assessment Managers to support them in an exciting time as their industry becomes a registered profession.
As someone who has full assessment and qualification development lifecycle experience you will responsible for the review and revamp of existing products as well as the design and implementation of new ones.
You will project manage internal colleagues and external contractors to ensure the efficient production of high-quality assessment materials, their review and continuous improvement and determine and manage related internal and external quality assurance requirements.
You will also have excellent people and communication skills in order to liaise with centres and learners and manage the enrolment and certification processes for learners and approval of assessment venues for their suite of products.
This is an great time to join a small yet passionate team as they have just become an EPAO so are looking for someone ideally with the knowledge and understanding of the new EPA processes, and they are revamping their IT systems to become a much more innovative organisation and support the growth and demand for their qualifications in the sector.
