An education research charity with a mission to improve outcomes for future generations are now recruiting an Assessment Lead to enhance their e-assessment capability to increase the impact on education systems around the world.
This role can be offered as a remote role or with flexible working options. While this is initially a 2 year fixed term contract in line with the programme, there will be opportunities for permanency at the end of the project.
As the Assessment Lead, you'll spearhead the workstream for the e-assessment programme, holding responsibility for the requirements, specifications and delivery. Leading a team of 6 and working with other colleagues across the programme, you will drive forward the e-assessment development, overseeing the assessment interactions with technical project managers, designing the assessment approach, tests and items, and leading on guidance reporting, all while ensuring the workstream is on track and in line with planning, budget and quality.
To be considered for the role, you'll have extensive experience in e-assessment development and design ideally within primary or GCSE level. You'll also have an in-depth understanding of key concepts and issues within educational assessment along with strong people management experience.
