A Professional Membership Body in central London who champion healthcare professions and support the education and development of healthcare professionals across the UK are looking for an Assessment and Credentialing Development Manager to join their small but dynamic Education and Professional Development Team.
As the Assessment and Credentialing Development Manager, you'll support the Head of Assessment and Credentialing to design, develop and deliver a number of projects around evidence-based assessments for post graduate healthcare professionals, contributing to their professional development.
Using your experience of developing and delivering assessments, you'll help redesign the current assessment portfolio, ensuring it's at the forefront of assessment practice. You'll work with senior stakeholders and experts in healthcare to ensure assessments are developed and delivered to the highest quality while also ensuring candidates get the best customer service throughout their assessment journey. You will also work with internal stakeholders to ensure IT projects successful support the delivery of assessments.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of designing and delivering qualifications or assessments in an undergraduate or postgraduate education environment. You'll need a strong track record of managing projects, working in a project team and delivering to deadlines.
You'll be at an advantage if you have managed or developed medical or clinical assessments but this is not essential.
If you have an excellent understanding of best practice in assessment or qualification development and delivery, this is a great opportunity to join a small but dynamic team in an organisation that can offer a supportive working environment and the opportunity to grow your existing skills at a national level.
