A specialist chartered institute based in the heart of Central London are recruiting for a Manager for their Assessment Development and Production team to oversee the development of qualification and assessment content as well as ensure that all products are rigorously prepared, securely delivered within budget and to required timeframes.
Coming from an AO background with a track record in qualification development, training and examination management you will maintain current qualifications and review processes and procedures as well as use your experience and understanding of different assessment methodologies to actively manage, review, update and monitor examination paper production and related documentation across all qualifications.
This is an exciting role to take charge of a small and dedicated team of 3, and look at new ways of operating, engaging the team in a firm and fair approach with new ways of working. Working closely with the Assessment Delivery Team, you will have the backing of the SMT, CEO and Board in implementing new ideas to expand the reach and innovations of the products developed and delivered.
This is a varied role with the chance to work closely with members and clients on a global scale, in areas such as government, defence and corporate organisations so communication and presentation skills in a variety of settings are a must.
The role sits in their AO arm so this position will also be responsible for ensuring quality assurance across all examinations, therefore experience of quality assurance systems within an awarding body or similar and knowledge of regulatory frameworks for qualifications is required.
