A leading financial awarding and membership body who offer agile working and 30days annual leave to all of their staff, are recruiting for an Assessment Coordinator for at least 12months to provide secondment cover.
Having come from an assessment development background, you will responsible for coordinating and motivating subject matter experts in the development and maintenance of assessment content, ensuring timescales and standards are adhered to.
You will have excellent attention to detail to proof read content and ensure standards, as well as have confident communication skills in order to manage and liaise with SMEs as well as internal colleagues.
You will have a flexible approach and positive working attitude and will be proficient in using databases and spreadsheets to produce reports and statistics, which you have the ability to interpret, collate, present and draw conclusions from in appropriate manner, both numerate and analytical.
As an organisation, they really look for people who have a creative approach to work, identifying and recommending new processes, ideas and ways of working at an individual and team level and across the organisation.
You will be someone who has a strong knowledge of assessment processes, some knowledge of working with assessment platforms and proven experience of working to defined processes.
You will also be able to work from your own initiative, ensuring that deadlines are met; have the ability to prioritise a high workload, manage multiple objectives and see tasks through to completion within inevitably changing deadlines to deliver on timescale commitments.
