One of the world's largest professional bodies are recruiting for an Assessment Assistant to provide assistance to the examinations team including the production and preparation of examination papers and associated documents to the required standards and to deadlines.
As someone with knowledge and proven experience in an administrative role, working to defined processes, ideally within an awarding or examining body or role, you will be responsible for the preparation of moderation panel documentation and the collation, copying and despatch of the necessary materials for each meeting to strict deadlines, as well as maintaining databases of past and potential examiners and panel members and assisting with examiner training days.
You will have excellent communication skills to act as a point of contact for examiners and internal colleagues, including organising meetings, providing logistical and administrative support as necessary as well as dealing with general queries.
You will also need excellent attention to detail, organisational and IT skills in order to adhere to and develop procedures in line with Ofqual regulations, and have excellent time management skills and be able to manage multiple objectives and work to inevitably changing deadlines.
