A professional membership body who provide ongoing training for healthcare professionals are now looking for an Assessment and Credentialing Coordinator to join a small but dynamic Education and Professional Development Team.

There is flexibility available in this role regarding location.

As the Assessment and Credentialing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality assessments through effective process co-ordination. You'll work with the wider assessment team to provide high quality administrative support and will maintain excellent relationships with the wider organisation and key external stakeholders.

Your day to day duties will include processing candidate assessment applications, coordinating and assigning assessors, coordinating assessment timelines, processing assessment results, managing the post-results process, managing candidate assessment appeals and complaints, responding to any candidate queries and being involved in the testing of new digital assessment products.

To be considered for the role, you will have experience of successfully coordinating the design and or delivery of qualifications or assessments/examinations ideally in a higher or professional education environment. You may have experience in a similar professional body, an awarding body or a higher education institution for example. You'll need to have excellent attention to detail with highly effective verbal and written skills to develop relationships with stakeholders and support with administrative tasks and work to deadlines without compromising on quality.
