We are working with a professional association who provide independent assurance to recruit for an Assessment Administrator. This is to support the Assessment Lead with the administration of professional assessments, responding to queries from candidates and the Assessment Team and support the running of all assessments.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract and is a full-time position. This role offers hybrid working, with some days in office which is based within London. The salary for this role is £25K per annum.

As the Assessment Administrator you'll receive and process assessment registrations by supplying exam information to candidates, answering queries, and registering candidates to the exams. You will also update candidate records to capture up to date and correct information.

You will lead on other duties such as processing special considerations and extenuating circumstances requirements, receive and action assessments and support with general administration, such as updating, editing, and formatting documentation (policies, assignments, schedules, course registration forms) according to style guidelines.

You will also deal with queries via the Learning inbox and via telephone, replying appropriately, or redirecting them to the appropriate person and take the minutes at meetings as required. You will occasionally attend events to assist with registration and administration.

To be considered, you will have experience in office administration and experience dealing with customers, preferably within a further, higher or professional education setting. This role will be suited to someone who has good people skills with a good understanding or the willingness to learn the requirements of qualifications and study programmes. You will have a passion for understanding the importance of education in shaping the lives of people.
