A global financial awarding and membership body are recruiting for an Assessment Administrator to support the assessment process and provide customer service to students studying for their professional qualifications.

Coming from an awarding or professional body with knowledge of online assessment delivery and professional education and qualifications, you will assist with the creation and updating of assessment and guidance materials and check items banks and question papers to ensure they pass the required quality assurance standards.

You will be highly IT literate in order to become quickly acquainted with CRM and online assessment systems as well as have excellent customer service and communication skills in order to interact positively with a wide range of stakeholders such as students, markers, examiners and centres as well as internal colleagues.

This role is ideal for someone looking to become more involved in the development process, but who also enjoys the student facing element of the role and is able to be highly attentive to detail and accuracy whilst operating at high volumes and fast pace during peak periods.
