A global financial awarding and membership body are recruiting for an Assessment Administrator to provide support to the assessment processes as well as offer excellent customer service to students studying the qualifications.
As someone with experience within an awarding or professional body, ideally working with online assessment platforms previously in regards to professional education and qualifications.
Using excellent IT and project coordination skills you will be involved in the development and delivery of different assessment types and be able to act on your own initiative to troubleshoot queries from both internal and external sources.
You will be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and be able to plan appropriately to ensure deadlines are met and standards maintained to ensure learners get the best outcomes and experience of their assessment process.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to get hands on in an AO role and be involved in the assessment exam-build process including checking all items and question papers, help to create and update assessment materials, and be involved in the quality assurance processes surrounding these.
