A leading international provider of financial education are looking for a Programmes Manager to lead the coordination and administration of their apprenticeships programmes.
This is a brand new opportunity within the organisation as a result of significant growth in the business. The Programme Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of apprenticeship programmes in financial services, principally at degree-level and Masters-level, working closely with partner employers and training organisations. The role will also entail providing assistance to the Head of Apprenticeships, including undertaking research and compiling documentation.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised, quality-driven and adaptable person who can work both independently and as part of a small team. You must have prior experience of programme management as well as a thoroguh understanding of the Higher Education landscape. Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise workload. Applicants should be educated to degree level and ideally have a good understanding of higher education. Knowledge of recent developments and debates within the apprenticeships landscape would be a distinct advantage.
