A leading financial chartered institute are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Manager to take responsibility for their Level 7 and 4 Apprenticeship programmes as well as ensure the successful delivery of EPA and the issuing of results, whilst liaising with appropriate stakeholders.
Based in the heart of London with the potential for part homeworking, this role will be responsible for the end to end organisation and management of areas such as booking centres, organising candidate information, invigilation and delivery of centre material and results.
You will also need to prepare and produce documentation for quality audits and inspections and lead on the statutory responsibilities with the relevant government departments and Institute of Apprenticeships, ensuring that up to date knowledge if maintained for the current framework specifications.
You will have excellent communication skills to act as the point of contact for queries from centres and learners, as well as manage Independent Assessors and Examiners.
As someone who is an expert in apprenticeships, you will be able to speak confidently to internally colleagues including the Business Development and Marketing teams, as well as with stakeholders such as employers, apprentices, providers and at events such as conferences and career days.
