A leading awarding body with an international presence are recruiting for the first role in a brand new team which will play a strategic part in shaping their apprenticeship assessment processes including End-Point Assessments.
As someone with an awarding body background, or an assessor who has been involved in assessment development, you will be responsible for setting the policies and procedures from scratch.
As true people person who is a motivational leader, you will use your natural get up, go and drive to motivate a new team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop new ways of monitoring the quality of assessment processes and standards within the apprenticeship field.
If you are someone who is comfortable with the unknown and likes a challenge where they can bring their skills and experiences of apprenticeships and assessment design to create something new.
Although ideally based in Swindon they are willing to be flexible in working arrangements, however you will be comfortable with some travel for the role.
