A leading UK care and research charity are now recruiting for a temporary Apprenticeship Advisor to join them on a 3 month fixed term contract to start immediately. The organisation is based in central London but they can appoint this role as fully remote if that is your preference.

The charity is excited to be creating new opportunities and ways to develop their people, in contributing to the vital work they do, through an Apprenticeship Programme. As the Apprenticeship Advisor, you will develop and manage the programme by creating guidance, processes and policies to begin their journey toward a successful apprenticeship programme across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The role will involve exploring apprenticeship funding available, establishing and implementing processes for existing employees to apply for an apprenticeship, working with the Procurement Team to source and build relationships with apprenticeship providers, creating guidance for apprentices and their manager, reporting to the wider organisation to champion this work, and working with the Learning Development Team to understand how apprenticeships are an excellent solution to career development.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have skills and experience in the following:
-some knowledge of the current apprenticeship landscape in England
-experience of providing learning and development support and activities
-ability to motivate and engage people in programmes of work relating to their learning and development
-knowledge of the charity sector would be an advantage
