TPP are working with a leading Membership organisation who are looking for an Advice Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The organisation is based in central London, although currently offering a remote working arrangement and offers support to their members on a National basis.


The Advice Service Manager will lead a team of 2 Service Officers and will be a key contact for senior external business Partners assisting with complex queries. The Advice Service Manager will provide advice and guidance on HR related queries, diversity and inclusion in a business environment and also disability inclusion. As a key member of the organisation, you will be able to provide internal and external training where necessary and represent the organisation at events and roundtables. The Advice Service Manager will also be able to analyse complex business issues around diversity and inclusion and disability in the workplace offering guidance to wide reaching audiences.


Previous experience as a senior HR generalist or Diversity and Inclusion specialist is essential for this opportunity. As the Advice Service Manager you will also be familiar with the Equality Act and have the ability to advise businesses on diversity and inclusion related situations. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator offering clear, concise and engaging information and advice with the ability to analyse complex queries providing suitable outcomes.


The Membership organisation is based in central London and supports their members on a National basis. The organisation helps to remove barriers in business structures that prevent disabled or people with long term conditions from thriving and making a contribution. The opportunity is offered on a permanent with an immediate start after successful interviews. The role is currently working remotely but may change to flexible office based over time.
