One of the UK's top provider of specialist education are looking for an Admissions Officer to join their team based in Guildford. This is a newly created role as a result of continued expansion. You will be responsible for providing and excellent and seamless customer service to applicants. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students to the University, as well as reviewing applications to ensure they meet the entry criteria. This University is looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to provide well-rounded support in delivering a comprehensive and professional admissions service to students.
In order to make a success of this role, you will have extensive experience within a customer-service focused environment dealing with customers via variety of communication mediums including face to face, on the phone, via email and social media. Administrative experience within Higher Education would be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for this role.
