A world leading University based in London are looking for an Admissions Coordinator to work in the admissions team within their Business School on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As the Admissions Coordinator you will be responsible for meeting the School's targets for the recruitment of high calibre students through the delivery of excellent operation processes and providing a high level of customer service to prospective students at every stage of the process. You will be receiving application forms, checking they are complete and assessing the applicant's academic qualifications and suitability for the courses. You will support with the preparation of statistical reports on application numbers and trends and will represent the school as required at recruitment events such as postgraduate fairs and open days.
To be successful in the role, you will have administrative experience within Higher Education. Ideally you will have worked within admissions or a similar area such as registry, course administration or student recruitment. You will be able to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload, as well as be able to provide a high level of customer service on the phone, by email and face-to-face.
