An opportunity has arisen within an independent higher education organisation based in North London, for an Admissions Assistant on a 6 month contract, covering maternity leave.
As part of a team you will provide support to the admissions department. This will include, responding to telephone queries, written correspondence and email enquiries, providing detailed information on the School and its admission process. You will also be responsible for processing admission materials as they are received, sscheduling appointments for prospective families and other interested visitors, and helping to maintain the prospective student database to ensure prompt and orderly access to information.
You will have experience working in an administrative and customer facing role previously, with an awareness of the UK and international education systems. You will have strong service- orientated approach. Experience working within admissions in an international context would be advantageous.
