A well-known health charity based in the city of London is seeking an experienced Administrator/ PA to support their Director. This role is to cover a 12-month maternity contract.
Main duties for the Administrator/PA:
Manage smooth running of office
Diary management and travel coordination
Arranging meetings and taking minutes
Support with project coordination
Assisting all visitors of the division
Organising annual away day
Process expenses for the director
Assist with all incoming calls for the director
Essential criteria for the Administrator/PA:
Previous administration experience
Excellent coordination skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take on and deliver project work
Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience of working as a PA would be desirable
Strong telephone manner
