We are working with a small yet established health charity to recruit and Administrator for their team, the successful candidate will be the first point of call for enquiries and will support the team with administrative tasks. There will also be some PA duties to support the CEO with diary management, room bookings and travel arrangements. This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator who would like the next step up working within a varied role.

Main duties for the Administrator:
* Supporting the office manager with administrative tasks
* Managing room bookings and travel arrangements
* General administration of council meetings and to be the first point of contact for the administrative needs of the trustees and the Chief Executive Officer
* Record accurate information using excel spreadsheets and databases
* Make payments to suppliers and for to ensure expenses are reimbursed
* Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft accurate minutes
* Monitor and maintain office supplies
* Assist with the publication of the quarterly journal, liaising with the editor in chief and with authors

Essential criteria for the Administrator:
* Previous administration experience
* Good communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
