About the role
A Membership organisation for medicine professionals has an opportunity for an Administrator to join their team to ensure the smooth running of office administration functions and support the team with membership CRM administration, events and communication. This is a full-time permanent role offering flexible hybrid working options. You will join a friendly, close-knit team and will receive on the job training for this role.
As the Administrator, your responsibilities can include updating mailing lists, drafting and sending emails to members about events, courses, and jobs, adding new contacts and sending Bulletins, sending out new member packs, maintaining the CRM database, answer and direct calls, maintaining office supplies, and assisting the Finance Manager with Ad hoc administration tasks.
You will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the third sector
* Strong organisation skills
* Capable of and comfortable with liaising with members of the organisation at all levels
* Excellent attention to detail
* Flexible mindset and willing to learn new skills
* Conscientious and thorough approach to work
