A top University in London is looking for a temporary administrative assistant to help out with their Research Fellowship Scheme. Based in the Research Office, you will support the University's annual fellowship application process, including responsibility for logging all applications, dealing with related correspondence and assess eligibility criteria.
The data from last year's competition needs to be cleansed and stored in order to open up the application process for this year. You will then need to sort through the applications, making sure each one is complete and in turn filling in a data entry form for each applicant. These will then be compiled using Adobe Acrobat X Pro and submitted via Talentlink. In the process, you will also have to respond to queries from applicants and colleagues across the University
In order to make a success of this role, you must be IT-savvy with strong data entry capabilities. You must have strong customer service skills and have previously used Adobe Acrobat.
