This leading not for profit Think Tank, specialise in the provision of research and lobbying, they are recruiting a new Admin Assistant to join the team.
You can look forward to a friendly and relaxed working culture, dress down most days, unless meeting external stakeholders within a small but dynamic team of 12, made up of research and programme specialists.

Our client leads the way on research and innovation regarding the ever-increasing demographic of Europe's aging population - engaging with both big business and charities, as well as working closely in partnership with the government.

We are looking for candidates who are keen to make the role their own and who won't shy away from offering innovative ways of working, as these new suggestions are always welcomed and listened to.

On any given day, you will find yourself helping the research team or supporting the coordination of events (including the unveiling of key research reports, breakfast meetings, dinners and round table events).

Based in the heart of Westminster, just minutes from St James Park, you will also be responsible for the general administration and smooth running of the office.

Our client wouldn't hesitate to hold an internal meeting in the local park, if the sun was out, or deciding on an extended lunch on a Friday - just a couple of the many advantages of working for a small boutique organisation!

With 25 days annual leave, not including the days closed for Christmas plus a day off for your birthday each year, this is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to join this great cause, which as we all know, is more relevant than ever before.
