A leading medical membership organisation in central London who train, support and develop healthcare professionals in the UK, are now recruiting for an Accreditation Coordinator to coordinate the delivery and development of the organisations accreditation scheme and participate in accreditation visits as the staff reviewer.

This is a Full-Time (35 hours) permanent role and offers a mix of home and office working in central London throughout the week. The salary is £33,200 -£35,400 p.a with a great benefits package including pension scheme, season ticket loan, private health care and a Professional Development Scheme.


As the Accreditation Coordinator you will work closely with the accreditation committee, clinical, lay, and administrative reviewers to deliver this important initiative for the business. The role is outward facing, involving liaison with hospital departments and clinicians. You will coordinate onsite assessment visits including assigning reviewers; organising logistics; providing administrative support for meetings; producing information packs and onsite review visit agendas.

You will provide coordination assistance to departments working towards accreditation, including coordinating the submission of evidence and attending site visits, recording information on behalf of the review team relevant to the assessment of the site against established standards while maintaining professionalism and the quality of the scheme.

To be considered you will have experience in handling administrative work of a considerable variety and volume and prioritising successfully under pressure within an education and training or medical education environment. You'll have the ability to build good relationships with a range of people internal and external to the organisation and will be able to pick up bespoke IT systems easily.
