We are looking for an Accounts payable assistant on an interim basis.
Your main duties will be:
- Process all purchase invoices, staff and volunteer expense claims.
- Create regular payment runs for suppliers, staff and volunteer expenses
- Liaise with suppliers on any purchase invoice
- produce some month-end reports and journals
- maintain coding on Sun Accounts
- Provide cover for the permanent finance assistant
- process income when necessary on the CRM Database
The ideal person would:
- Experience in purchase ledger
- ecperience of income processing
- an Understanding of accounting prociples
- Great team player
- Ideally use of SUN and CRM Packages
- Ideally experience using an electionic purchase ordering system
